Day 3 of 3-day Advanced Vinyasa Immersion: Mandala Sequencing

Learn how to create sequencing pathways that are in tune with the intention of your class! Make use of your yoga mat in a fun and creative way, leaving your students with a magical, blissful feeling. During this 10 hr module Daphne will offer you a structure for creating mandala sequences that allows you to add creativity to your classes, while keeping your students in the flow. We will explore different transitions and the use of momentum in flow, which will serve the continuity of your sequence.

We will start the day with a 2,5 hour practice, allowing you to embody circular pathways on your mat. After the practice we will analyse the sequence, exploring the kramas (steps) and the structure of the mandala sequence so you can start practicing creating circular pathways yourself.

In the afternoon there will be a teaching lab for your own integration. You will receive an assignment that has to be completed before receiving the 10hr certificate for this teacher training.
