The Nature of Yoga

Studying the essence of yoga is a wonderful way to enrich your daily life. The nature of yoga is simple and clear yet abundant and rich. Gaining a better understanding of the nature of yoga means gaining a better understanding of your self.

Vinyasa yoga has roots in the Vedic and Tantric traditions. The cycles of nature play an important role in vinyasa yoga. Living vinyasa means tuning in with the flow of life, the seasons, the rhythm of your breath. Consciously connecting with the flow of Prana, life energy, on a daily basis is a powerful way to keep your body and mind healthy and strong.

Your Yoga Nature

Yoga has so much to offer, I do believe that yoga is for everyone. We can explore and study the ancient scriptures, like the Bhagavad Gita or the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. The Radiance sutras or the Hatha Yoga Pradipika. Or maybe we stick to the practice of meditation, pranayama or asana practice.

I invite you to be curious and to explore your yoga nature: what makes you happy in life? what is your inspiration and how would you like to contribute to a happier world? Exploring the nature of yoga is a wonderful way to find your own yoga nature.
