This 4-week course is a perfect way to learn about the basic techniques of vinyasa yoga, helping you to flow through your practice with power and grace, with effort and ease. Build a safe and sustainable vinyasa practice during these 4 workshops with Daphne.
Workshop 1: The power of Prana (September 5th)
We start with exploring Prana, life energy through out breath and through movements. Daphne will offer tools and techniques that will help you connect with Prana, giving your yoga practice more fluidity, depth and lightness at the same time.
Workshop 2: Connecting to your core (September 12th)
During this workshop you will experience the effect of a correct use of bandha support in yoga practice. Daphne will offer ways to feel connected to the core of your body in a way that gives stability, strength and safety to your practice.
Workshop 3: The fluid body (September 19th)
Once the foundation of breath and bandhas is set, there is space to find more fluidity, grace and ease in your practice. Learn how to follow your own flow in sahaja, spontaneous movements and allow yourself to trust your core in order to relax the outer layers of your body.
Workshop 4: Flowing through namaskar (September 26th)
During this last workshop you will be able to integrate all techniques learned in the flow of surya namaskara. Enjoy the connection of breath and movement, find your own rhythm and flow through surya namaskar in a way that nourishes your body, breath and mind.
