This year, the winter solstice -the longest night of year- coincides with a radiant full moon!

Claudia and Daphne will guide you through a delightful journey that will prepare you to flow through your end year celebrations with a radiant, open heart.

We will stay close to the earth, while receiving the wisdom and inspiration of ancient yoga poetry. Slowly but steadily we will move into deep, lunar heart and hip openers, allowing us to feel both rooted and radiant at the same time. Enjoy a long, guided savasana that will take you into deep relaxation, while being nourished by the sounds of mantras and sacred texts.
