Daphne’s Yoga Nature Retreat in Tuscany was an absolute bliss! It has exceeded my expectations on every level. The care and commitment with which Daphne prepares and teaches her prana vinyasa classes make the retreat truly inspirational and motivational. The sequences are generally high energy, but Daphne reads the group well and adjusts the flow to the group’s vibe and energy if needed. She challenges you in the best way possible, but also gives you plenty of options to adjust and build on your own practice. There is also time for daily meditation, reflection and teachings of yoga philosophy, which I found very interesting (as a yoga beginner). Podere di Maggio is the perfect location, in the middle of nature but with all the comforts you can wish for (the tipi glamping tents are perfect), and delicious Italian vegetarian food that is served every day. If you are looking for a retreat with lots of yoga (both physically and spiritually) on a daily basis in a beautiful nature setting, I absolutely recommend this retreat!
