During this Yoga Nature Teacher Retreat we will explore different qualities of Shakti, the Goddess of Yoga. We will explore ways to integrate these qualities in our daily lives as well as on our teacher journey.
Every day, Daphne will guide you through Shakti Vinyasa sequences that give expression to the different aspects of the Goddess of Yoga. You will experience the qualities of power, courage, wisdom, creativity, love and abundance. We will be celebration the Summer Solstice with a Mandala Vinyasa Sequence.
There will be space for philosophical background, embodiment through asana practice, guided meditation, writing, sharing and teaching lab. We will investigate the different aspects of the Goddess and explore how we can use these qualities as vinyasa yoga teachers.
We will go on yoga nature walks, experience yoga nature rituals and let the Goddess become our teacher for a week!

Our Retreat Location:
We will stay in tipi tents, allowing us to feel connected with nature throughout the whole journey. We will practice in our wonderful indoor yoga shala as well as outside in nature and we will go on yoga nature pilgrimages that will support the flow of our retreat.
Our wonderful hosts at Podere di Maggio will be serving magical, organic and vegetarian meals.

Price Teacher Retreat:
Teacher Training: € 595,- incl. 21% tax
