With Spring re-emerging, we will be immersing ourselves in the power of Nature for 5 delicious days. We will connect with the earth, water, fire, air and space elements through the practice of mudras, pranayamas, guided meditations and vinyasa sequences that express the qualities of the different elements. This will help us tune in with their revitalising, cleansing, nourishing, energizing and liberating benefits.
By diving deeper into the energetic aspects of the elements, you will learn to tap into their specific healing and empowering properties. Through your own experience of these (re)balancing effects, you will be able to take your teaching skills to a deeper level. You will learn how to energetically balance your student’s energy by tuning in to their needs, the day of the week, the seasons.
Every day, Daphne will guide you through intelligent and creative vinyasa sequences that give expression to the energy of the elements in your body. We will explore the benefits and qualities of the elements and we will look into ways how to bring these qualities into your vinyasa sequences, choosing the appropriate asanas, music, vocabulary and rhythm of practice.

Elemental meditation & pranayamaThorough analysis of the energetics, kramas and layers of Elemental practices

This training is part of the 300hr Teacher Training Program we are offering at Glow Yogastudio, but can also be joined as a separate immersion.
