Let’s celebrate the start of Summer!

Join me for a ritual yoga nature master practice at Parnassia Beach, honoring the radiant energy of the Sun at the start of Summer. Let’s embody light, joy and inspiration during this ritual practice!

We will start with a mindful mudra meditation, connecting with the elements of nature, with our inner nature and with our intentions for the months that lie ahead. We will dive into a joyful, empowering mandala flow that will cultivate inspiration and dedication to our intentions.
