An innovative workshop that integrates the teachings of yoga with the science of nutrition.

Learn more about the healing aspects of food and how your diet in combination with a balanced yoga pactice can help you to move towards a happy and healthy lifestyle. Daphne has been extensively studying the energetics of food and their healing proporties, as well as the energetics of yoga and how we can use our yoga pratice in a way that nurtures and energizes us. She will bring these 2 aspects together in this innovative workshop that will leave you feeling empowered and in charge of your own energy.

This workshop is a great source of embodied information that will give you practical happy & healthy living tools. Daphne will give you a deep and clear insight in the energetics of food and how they relate to the elements in nature. Being a part of nature, these elements are also reflected in our bodies and are affected by our lifestyle. During this workshop you will experience the integration of these elements in your yoga practice and you will learn how to integrate these principles in your diet to stay balanced, happy & healthy.
